Tomorrow is Valentine's Day so let's make a fancy drink to celebrate with our Valentine, our Galentine, or just with ourself. This cocktail is a twist on a French 75. A traditional French 75 uses champagne, gin, and lemon juice. This cocktail recipe uses the beautiful Empress Gin which gives you the fabulous lavender color and Elderflower liquor. I was excited for an excuse to use Empress Gin, because it is just such a pretty color. I was not disappointed this Gin is worth every penny. Even if you think you don't like Gin, don't sleep on this cocktail.
